
Adzana Modlitbova was born in 1974 in Svajlava (Ukraine). When she was five she moved to Slovakia and now she is living in vineyard town Pezinok, Slovakia. Visual art enchanted Adzana in her childhood when she has begun to develop her talent in the Folk school of visual art. She has a degree in law from Comenius University Bratislava, Slovakia and her profession is a bank lawyer. Adzana is the founder of the cultural NGO ART40 and the organizer of the annual event-exhibition NAIVA BRATISLAVA. Adzana has two solo exhibitions – in Bratislava and Paris and participation in over 20 collective events in Slovakia, Czech republic, Poland, Italy, France and Brazil. In art competition ART OLYMPIA 2019 in Japan she was awarded by Honorable mention. Her paintings are in Vihorlat museum in Humenné, Slovakia and Naif Art Museum of the Municipality of Guarabira, Brazil and in private collections in Slovakia, Czech republic, Hungary, Italy, Ukraine, Canada and Ireland.
