Martin Pap was born in Padina, Serbia in 1960. His main профессион is a bus driver which he practiced until the age of 36. He started painting since 1985. For the first time in 1996 he exhibited at a joint exhibition of young artists in Padina. His first solo exhibition was in 1997. Since then, he has had 40 solo exhibitions in the former Yugoslavia, Serbia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Greece, Romania and numerous collective exhibitions in Europe. In 2013, he became a member of the Museum of Naive Art in Kovacica, Serbia. He lives in Padina, Serbia.
