Radi Nedelchev

Radi Nedelchev was born on April 1, 1938 in the village of Ezerche, Razgrad region. He worked in Ruse until 2005, and since then – in Sofia. He has participated annually in regional exhibitions in Ruse since 1961 and in national exhibitions – since 1965 until 1990. He has won numerous awards in Bulgaria and abroad, incl. the Order of Saints Cyril and Methodius, I Degree and honorary citizenship of Ruse. He has had 24 solo exhibitions in 5 countries and dozens of participations in collective events in 10 countries. Paintings of his are in private collections in Europe, Japan, China. His works are on display at the Atomic Center in India, the Museums of Naive Art in Paris and Montreal.
