Spas Tsvetkov was born in 1950. in the village of Marulevo, Blagoevgrad region, Bulgaria. He graduates from high school. There are 3 solo exhibitions and over 100 participation in collective exhibitions in the country. He has a number of local honors, and in 2017 he received the UBA Grand Prix at the Zonal Exhibition.
