Yana Ilieva was born on 2.06 1974 in Plovdiv where she graduated from the Plovdiv University with a Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy and Painting. She has lived and worked in Norway, France and Bulgaria. She has had 17 solo exhibitions and a number of participations in collective events such as the naive art festivals in Katowice, Poland and Verneuil-sur-Avre, France.
