Camelia Constantin was born in Tirgovishte, Romania in 1966. She studied in an art school in Craiova and has a university degree in psychology. Around the age of 13-14 Camelia discovered the colors in oil and started selling her first works – the paintings were bought by neighbors and family friends. This was the moment when the art chose Camelia. She has tens of participations in collective events in 7 countries and over 10 awards from local and national art events in Romania. Her paintings are in private collections in 9 countries.
