Elena Stoeva was born in 1964 in Sofia, Bulgaria. He graduated from the St. St. Kiril and Metodiy Veliko Tarnovo University with a degree in Painting. She is a member of the UBA. She has 21 solo exhibitions in Bulgaria, Luxembourg and the Netherlands, as well as dozens of collective exhibitions in Bulgaria, Switzerland, Germany, the United Kingdom and Austria. She lives and works in Veliko Tarnovo.
