Georgi Panov was born in 1936 in Boychinovtsi, Montana District, Bulgaria. He lives and works in Berkovitsa. He is a chemical engineer by profession, but he has devoted himself entirely to painting and caricature. He is a member of the Tenz Artists Group – Montana. He has participated in the last three editions of the International Biennale of Humor and Satire in the Arts – Gabrovo. He has presented his works in a number of cartoon contests in the country.
