Milcho Spasov was born in the village of Chereshovitsa in the Berkovitsa region on 11.01.1950. Since 1976, he has participated in art exhibitions, and has been a member of the UBA since 1982. Milcho Spasov studied architecture, but Svetlin Rusev discovered his talent as a painter and for more than 3 decades since then, he has not parted with his brush. He has done dozens of solo exhibitions in Bulgaria and abroad.
